To make an enquiry.

Please contact us by email or phone. We can give you immediate attention by phone. If we are dealing with another enquiry or we are out you may need to leave us a message on the answer phone.

Our email facilities are away from the workshop so we may take a little longer to answer your enquiry. You can contact us via our contact form. In order to complete the contact form you will need to collect some information regarding your enquiry. Here are the details we need to help you:

To save confusion please read the following check list of the information we would like to know when designing your mattress or bed.

• The width and length of the bed or mattress in Inches. If you are measuring always remember to measure 2 or 3 times or even have someone check your measurements.
• The height and weight of the end user or users preferably in stones and pounds. These measurements do not have to be exact but a reliable estimate is needed.
• If there are any medical ailments of note. In general back pain or back operations but also joint ache, brittle bones etc. Also if we need to cater for any allergies.
• Personal preference of hardness or softness.
• Personal preference of materials used. You may prefer natural fibres or find man-made more comfortable.
• Any information on the bed or mattress you are currently sleeping on or have previously slept on.
• Information about the bed base. Especially important if we are supplying a mattress only as we need to know what support the mattress will get.
• The width and length of the bed base. Most important if your bed is an unusual or antique size. The full internal sizes are needed to judge the mattress dimensions.
• Any further information you may think of. What you want from your mattress or bed or how you sleep.

To place an order.

To place an order after we have quoted for your mattress or bed contact us by phone. We can then take your full details and phone numbers and double check the specifications and accept your order. To confirm the order we will need a deposit as agreed by phone. We will then commence the manufacture of your mattress or bed and phone you when we can dispatch the goods. The terms and conditions are payment before delivery or dispatch. We are now able to accept credit cards.
